Floridians simply can’t stop winning.  A little over two weeks after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill preventing teachers from preying on 5-9-year-old children by teaching them far-left LGBT propaganda, he has now signed a bill banning abortions after 15 weeks.  The bill provides exceptions for mothers whose lives are in danger or if the fetus has an abnormality.  It is one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country.

“PUNTA GORDA, Fla.–Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the Reducing Fetal and Infant Mortality bill, HB-5, into law on April 14, banning most abortions after 15 weeks.

Exceptions to the law, which goes into effect July 1, would be to save a mother’s life, or if the fetus has a fatal abnormality.

“We are here to defend those who cannot defend themselves,” DeSantis said at the signing in Nacion de Fe Church in Kissimmee, surrounded by Republican lawmakers and other pro-life supporters. “We are here today to protect life.”

HB-5 gives the state one of the most “restrictive abortion measures” currently in the nation as the U.S. Supreme Court is set to rule on a similar measure this summer that was approved in Mississippi, also banning nearly all pregnancies after 15 weeks.  People opposing legislation that restricts abortions fear the high court will overturn Roe v. Wade, which gave women the constitutional right to abortion in 1973.”

One prominent liberal account with over 100,000 followers Tweeted that it was ‘time to ‘fcking revolt’ because people can no longer kill babies after 15 weeks.

 

 

Another user with nearly 200,000 followers called Republicans ‘The American Taliban’ because DeSantis signed the bill in a church.

 

 

Last but certainly not least, a user told her 124,000 followers to stock up on Plan B because it is a ‘really bad time to have a uterus’

 

 

 

DeSantis has been excellent at exposing left-wing insanity, whether it was his Parental Rights in Education bill which exposed leftists as pedophile sympathizers, or a bill protecting the unborn from being murdered in the womb.
