Joe Biden decided to visit Kenosha, Wisconsin this week, after criticizing Trump for doing so earlier in the week. His internal poll numbers for Wisconsin must be awful.
As usual, Biden was nearly incoherent as he rambled on about racism problems he never addressed during his 47-year long career in Washington, DC.
He also talked about losing. This doesn’t inspire much confidence for Democrats.
Take a look:
"Win or lose…I'm going to go down…the country is ready and if they're not it doesn't matter…there's certain things worth losing over…"
So why did Joe Biden go to Kenosha?
Think it has something to do with his internal polls? He seems very preoccupied w/losing pic.twitter.com/GtWSP8u30l

And then Biden made a completely inappropriate remark about getting shot.
Biden jokes that Kenosha audience would ‘shoot me’ if he didn’t wrap up his remarks
Former Vice President Joe Biden appeared to joke on Thursday that if he spoke any longer about his plan to increase taxes on the wealthy “he’ll shoot me,” as he addressed a group of Kenosha, Wis., residents after the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
While explaining to locals in attendance at Grace Lutheran Church how he planned to pay for several of the initiatives aimed at combating racial inequality that he’d outlined moments earlier, Biden alluded to several people in the audience who appeared to stand up during his remarks or otherwise seemed antsy for the Democratic nominee to wrap up.
