Conservative talk show host giant, Fox News host and regular guest on Fox News’ top-rated Hannity Show, Mark Levin, wasn’t always a fan of Donald J. Trump. You’d be hard-pressed, however, to find many conservative personalities or brilliant legal minds, who are more firmly behind President Trump today. After watching President Trump deliver on almost every one of his campaign promises and revealing the dangers of the dirty Democrats and the Deep Swamp to the American public, Mark Levin became one of his most staunch supporters.

Western Journal reports -Former top Reagan Justice Department official Mark Levin called on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to declare the House impeachment of President Donald Trump “null and void” because House Speaker Nancy Pelosi failed to transmit the articles to the Senate.

Similarly, Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz argued in an Op-Ed that a failure to send the articles of impeachment to the Senate would rob Trump of his constitutional rights.

Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution provides that “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments … And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two-thirds of the Members present.”

On December 19, Mark Levin tweeted in four parts, explaining to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans how they should proceed with the bogus impeachment of President Trump:

1. Nancy Pelosi was apparently advised by leftwing Harvard law professor Lawrence Tribe to delay sending the impeachment to the Senate.  So she’s unilaterally sitting on the impeachment. This is another brazen unconstitutional act.

2. Here’s what Mitch McConnell and the Senate Republicans must do in response:  The Senate has the sole power under the Constitution to adjudicate an impeachment.  Therefore, Pelosi is attempting to obstruct the Senate’s power to act on its constitutional authority.

3. McConnell should immediately put an end to this and declare the impeachment null and void as the speaker has failed to complete the impeachment process by timely sending it to the Senate for adjudication.

4. McConnell has no less authority to unilaterally make such a decision than Pelosi does to withhold the administrative notification of an impeachment to the Senate either indefinitely or w/ conditions. Her effort to cripple the presidency & blackmail the Senate must be defeated.

Again, today, Mark Levin asked, “What the hell are Mitch McConnell and the Senate Republicans waiting for?  Declare the House Democrats’ impeachment null and void NOW!  The House left for a long recess before sending the articles to the Senate.  Enough!  The speaker doesn’t run the country.

Where are the feckless Senate Republicans? Why are they not standing up the tyrannical Speaker and the dishonest, unhinged Democrats in the House? Why are they not taking Mark Levin’s advice?
