Mark Levin was on fire last night during his appearance on Hannity. He sees the corruption and the weaponization of the FISA court and says it should be eliminated. He called out one of the FISA court judges for possibly colluding with the FBI. His full statement is spot on and is below the short video clip:

Mark Levin: “It’s time to abolish the FISA court. It’s time to create a new, counter intelligence-related court. It should not consist of existing federal judges.”

Mark Levin called out the two FISA judges involved in the approval to spy on the Trump campaign:

Fox News reports:

Levin said Congress must look into whether representatives of the Department of Justice and FBI committed acts of “misconduct” before the court – in part by using an unverified dossier linked to an opposition research firm and former British spy as evidence.

One particular judge is suspicious to Levin and is guilty of possible collusion with the FBI:

Levin said his Leesburg, Va.-based organization, the Landmark Legal Foundation, sent a letter to FISA court Judge Rosemary Collyer requesting that her court “do something” about “alleged abuses” committed by the FBI and DOJ.

He said the letter asked Collyer if the FBI informed her that the Russia dossier used as evidence in the case was compiled by the former spy for the firm doing opposition research on Donald Trump.

Levin said Collyer responded by saying there is “no matter pending before the court with respect to which such an appearance would be proper.”

Levin called Collyer out on her response by saying that she has the authority too reach back and hold people accountable.

The FISA court was further called into question with a great comment by Sol Wisenberg:

Sol Wisenberg on Steele dossier: “Steele himself could have been the most credible person in the world, but almost all of his information was unverified.”
