Every year the U.S. admits over one million foreign nationals every year. The foreign population has exploded to 44.5 million, nearly three times the immigrant population just 20 years ago.
The biggest driver of this mass migration is the Refugee Resettlement Program that imports “refugees” who in turn bring their family members to America. The big problem is that this program like so many well-meaning government programs is full of fraud and abuse. The truth is that supposed “asylum-seekers” only need to prove a “credible threat” from their home country in order to stay in the U.S.
Because of our generous freebies and huge immigration loopholes, the U.S. has become a global magnet for anyone and everyone from the third world. It’s a free-for-all out there for your tax dollars.
Some cities have been targeted by resettlement agencies, but sometimes a city attracts a certain group from a specific country like Africa, so refugees move to that city. For whatever reason, Portland, Maine has become a place for the mass migration of Africans.
TROUBLE IN PARADISE:
One American city is feeling the strain from thousands of refugees resettling there. Portland, Maine is “struggling” to survive because refugees from Africa have drained public resources meant for Americans. In other words, the well has run dry of taxpayer dollars, so Portland, Maine is screaming “STOP!”
A new report from the Wall Street Journal explains how the city populated with 67k residents is struggling to support thousands of Africans and that local officials are saying they cannot accept more freeloaders:

Asylum seekers, who are primarily from African countries, now make up 90% of the people living in Portland’s city-run family shelter and overflow shelter, where new arrivals sleep on mats. A city fund that assists with necessities is dwindling fast, and pro-bono lawyers are overwhelmed with cases, Mr. MacLean said.
Portland’s strain comes as the number of asylum requests, in which people ask to be allowed to stay in the U.S. for humanitarian reasons, has ballooned. That is contributing to the well-publicized bottleneck at the Southwest border and the political clash over it.
In Portland, 65% to 70% of the 1,000 people now receiving general assistance are noncitizens, primarily asylum seekers, according to city staff. The city re-evaluates their eligibility every 30 days, and recipients must perform work for the city in return for the aid. Local nonprofits also help asylum seekers with needs, from winter coats to language classes.

Lewiston, Maine has become a Mecca for many Somali refugees who’ve flocked there to build a community.
Americans have always welcomed immigrants, but these immigrants are refusing to assimilate into America.

WHY ARE WE STILL DOING THIS?
Journalist and radio host Sue Payne reveals to Mark Levin what we’ve been saying about what’s happening to small towns all across America. Sue Payne was privy to listening-in on multiple conference calls between Barack Obama and 16 members of his cabinet. What she uncovered was shocking and disturbing.
The administration’s weaponization of illegal aliens and refugees may be far more sinister than even the most ardent opponents have yet imagined.
On one of these calls, Obama conducted a meeting with his new ‘Task Force On New Americans,’ chaired by radical Cecilia Munoz, former vice president of the radical, Hispanic race-supremacy group La Raza (‘The Race’).
MARK LEVIN INTERVIEWS SUE PAYNE:
“Remember when he (Obama) went to Las Vegas? The media said he was signing an executive order for five million illegal aliens to become deferred. In reality, what he did was sign a memorandum that created the ‘Task Force On New Americans,’ which was going to implement his ‘amnesty mill’ for the five million illegals – which I believe is going to be more than that… On these conference calls, it became clear that he’s looking at 13 to 15 million to give protection and move them on to citizenship.” – Payne
These initial “new Americans” are to be used as “seedlings” in the construction of a “country within a country,” which would help complete a full ‘fundamental transformation’ of the United States.
Specific cities are being designated as “receiving communities” (sanctuary cities – we now have 300!) to which illegals are being bused and flown at the expense of American taxpayers. These communities are being used as incubators for an entirely new population that assist in bringing ‘people in the shadows’ into the light – to essentially conquer proper citizens and push them into the underclasses over time.
SHELBYVILLE IS A “RECEIVING COMMUNITY”
Cabinet members discussed the importance of designating upon these illegals ‘refugee status,’ and to then make them aware of their ‘rights’ as they pertain to massive income tax credits (to the tune of $35,000 in some cases), free medical care, free in-state tuition, 0% personal loans, credit cards, and other forms of ‘free cash’ – all at taxpayer expense.
Additionally, there was emphasis placed on the importance of waves of older illegal immigrants “aging successfully” by being immediately slip-streamed into the Social Security program that the Congressional Budget Office has already warned will be completely exhausted by 2030. This is, of course, despite the fact that they would be illegally and undeservedly sucking dry the mandatory lifetime contributions of American workers.
It was also made clear that this ‘protected class’ of illegal aliens from South and Central America, Mexico, Haiti, Syria, Africa, and the Middle East would not be interested in – nor expected to be – integrating, but to instead “navigate” their way through our society and culture until theirs’ dominate. On November 21, 2014 ,the Task Force on New Americans was formed. Task Force began meeting until Jan – Feb 2015, when a series of three (3) listening sessions was conducted to gather information for the preparation of a report due to the president by March 2015.
During the three listening sessions, it was disclosed that representatives of the White House and all cabinet members as well as immigrant groups would share information to be included in the report.
Some of the information exchanged was:
Immigrants should be viewed as seedlings to be planted in fertile soil to grow. The fertile soil was equated to the “receiving communities” which would be those communities the illegal aliens are now living in, but once out of the shadows, these communities become welcoming or receiving communities.
Others commented that these same communities would be viewed as “emergent immigrant communities”
As a listener on the call, it was easy to logically see how these communities would welcome immigrants out of the shadows, but also, it could be construed that the host community members might well be relegated into the shadows. In essence, the seedlings consume the host and what was once the original community is transformed.
One comment cautioned against assuming these “New Americans” would want to assimilate. The interest was in navigation, not assimilation, and the navigation was through the system, focused on benefits.
Another commented that not all the New Americans would want work permits; rather many of the immigrant women wanted to be home with their children and not work, provided taxpayer benefits are secured for them and their children.
*Another suggestion indicated that the Task Force consider these New Americans as refugees or asylum seekers, and as such considered for cash, medical, educational, and housing benefits.

A Somali man who settled in Maine 14 years ago after claiming refugee status under someone else’s name is suspected of falsifying passport and citizenship applications.
Hussien Noor Hussien, 55, most recently of Burlington, Vermont, was arrested there last week by the U.S. Marshals Service and is scheduled to appear in federal court in Portland on June 5. He has been charged with making a false statement on a passport application, procuring naturalization contrary to law and falsely using the personage of another in a naturalization proceeding.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted, although he could be deported instead. [Prison would cost the taxpayers a bundle! I say deport and make a big deal out of it to send the message!—ed]
An affidavit by James Sauer, a special agent with the U.S. State Department, said the investigation into Hussien began in June 2017 after his passport was flagged. Over the course of almost a year, this is what Sauer uncovered.
Hussien entered the U.S. in August 2004 by claiming refugee status and using the name and identification of another man, Abukar Hassan Abdule, and traveling with Abdule’s wife and children. They settled in Lewiston, which is home to the state’s largest population of immigrants from war-torn Somalia.
Some time later, Hussien obtained a Maine driver’s license using Abdule’s name. In March 2007, he obtained legal permanent resident status under Abdule’s name. Four years later, in May 2011, he filed an application for naturalization using Abdule’s name. It was approved on Oct. 28, 2011.

Hussien was found living in Burlington in federally subsidized Section 8 housing with a woman and five children. He was working at a Walmart in nearby Williston and the pay stubs were in his real name.
