‘The View’ co-host Joy Behar was discussing Beto O’Rourke dropping out of the 2020 presidential campaign when she commented on Beto’s call for a gun ban:

“They should not tell everything they’re going to do. If you are going to take people’s guns away, wait until you get elected and then take them away. Don’t tell them ahead of time.”

Meghan McCain had a perfect comeback to Behar’s comment:

“By the way, that’s what people like me think you’re going to do, so I appreciate his honesty.”

McCain and Behar have had several heated discussions regarding guns.

The View’s Joy Behar said “if you keep rooting for Republicans, you’re going to get nothing done” on assault weapons.

Meghan McCain jumped into the discussion with a defense of guns and specifically the AR-15:

Meghan McCain, after saying there will be “violence” in America if the AR-15 is banned because it’s “the most popular gun” in the country, then declares that she’s “not living without guns.”

McCain makes the point that she feels safer owning guns but the ladies just don’t get it.

Democrats are pushing for more and more gun control which would do nothing to stop shootings.
