This Fourth of July, many Americans are not in a particularly patriotic mood.

A poll conducted by Harvard and Harris found that Americans patriotic sentiment is at an all-time low, with only 38% of Americans feeling “extremely proud” of their country.

Earlier today, a mass shooting occured in Highland Park, Illinois that claimed the lives of six people and injured multiple others.

Some people still understand that America is foundationally a good country with good people, founded on honorable values.

One such person is Melania Trump.

Classy and eloquent as ever, she gave an inspiring message on Truth Social this morning.

“Our American Dream is built on the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as expressed in the Declaration of Independence. Together, on this historic day, let’s salute the brave men & women who have fought to establish and preserve our freedom.” She said.

President Trump, for his part, said that he would fight to ‘Make America Great Again’ when he runs for President in 2024.

“I know it’s not looking good for our Country right now, with a major War raging out of control in Europe, the Highest Inflation in memory, the worst 6 month Stock Market start in History, the highest Energy Prices EVER, and that is the Good News. Happy Fourth of July!!! Don’t worry, We will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” He said.

The President also posted a video of him and Melania Trump from his Presidency, reminding us what a real President looks like on this Fourth of July.
