How can Michigan voters trust the Nov. 3 election’s outcome when their Secretary of State is a shameless liar?  The more MI Sec of State Jocelyn Benson talks, the more and more difficult it is to trust anything she says.

On Thursday morning, Benson appeared on Detroit’s WJR radio, where she was asked by conservative host Frank Beckmann why Republican poll challengers were locked out of the process. Listen to Benson LIE about how “Detroit Police” had to put “paper” over the windows because the “windows were being broken” by GOP poll challengers who were locked out of the process. The GOP poll challengers who were locked out were chanting, “Stop the count,” from outside the chained doors. They wanted to be let into the room so every table counting military ballots had an equal opportunity, as stated by MI law to oversee the process. There was supposed to be at least one Republican at every counting table—I was there, and I can assure you, there was not equal representation at every table—far from it.

“We welcome transparency,” Benson said while ignoring the blatant attempt to hide the count of military ballots from GOP poll challengers. Benson then accused GOP workers of crossing the line and interfering in the vote-counting process, accusing them of trying to stop voters from casting their ballots simply because they were reacting to being locked out of the process. “But it does cross the line when people get destructive or try to interfere or stop the count, or in other words, stop the process from happening—stop voters from casting their ballots” she told Beckmann.

134 tables were getting ready to count military ballots, and of that number, only an estimated 40 poll workers were able to watch the ballots being processed, while over 100 GOP poll challengers were locked outside and unable to participate in the absentee counting process.

Fortunately, I was on hold waiting to talk to Frank Beckmann during MI Sec. of State Benson’s segment and was able to call her out for lying to his massive audience that covers a large portion of Michigan.

Listen:

MI attorney Nicholas Somberg posted this incredible video of the scene outside of the room at the TCF Center, where hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots were being processed.

Every one of Jocelyn Benson’s false claims can be validated by watching the actual footage of the GOP poll challengers who were locked out. Instead of violent riots, GOP poll challengers prayed, said the “Pledge of Allegiance,” and questioned why police officers and Wayne County election officials were locking them out of the process.

No windows were broken. Not a single Detroit Police officer covered the windows. The video clearly shows union workers, agitators who roamed around the room threatening GOP poll challengers, as well as paid election workers, were covering the windows with used pizza boxes and scraps of cardboard from garbage cans near the windows.

As paid election workers were wrapping up the absentee ballot process, Local Fox 2 was on the scene. During their coverage at the TCF Center, they featured Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. Instead of addressing the hundreds of credible claims of threats, bullying, and intimidation by paid election workers (almost exclusively Democrats), Democrat poll challengers, and far-left radical agitators by GOP poll challengers, Jenson instead attempted to paint them as violent aggressors.

A confident Secretary Benson stood in front of the cameras and falsely claimed, “Our system is secure, accurate, and anyone who tells you otherwise, is attacking our Democracy or unhappy with the results.”

Secretary Benson questioned the motives of frustrated GOP poll challengers who were physically locked out from witnessing the processing of absentee ballots, warned, “I’ll just say if they thought they were going to intimidate or stop anyone from doing their job inside the TCF Center, then they don’t know Detroit.”
