Today, in a powerful moment during the Trump impeachment charade, Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX), a former U.S. prosecutor dropped 3,500 pages of testimony, thus far, from the impeachment inquiry hearings on the desk in front of him.

Ratcliffe asked the Democrats star witness, Alexander Vindman, if, in the transcripts from his secret deposition with the Democrats, he ever accused President Trump of “bribery?” Alexander Vindman responded that he did not.

Ratcliffe reminded everyone that it, in fact, not one witness ever used the word bribery in connection with Trump’s July 25 phone call with Ukraine President Zelensky. Rep. Ratcliffe explained that it was revealed yesterday, that Democrats changed the name of their “quid pro quo” accusation against President Trump to “bribery,” after a focus group determined that the term “quid pro quo” was not resonating with voters.

Ratcliffe continued, as he explained that after a search of the 3,500 pages of testimony, the only time the word “bribery” came up in the Trump impeachment hearings was in relation to Vice President Joe Biden.
