A Palm Beach County Deputy is one lucky man tonight on his birthday. He survived a shootout with MS-13 gang members during a drug sting in Palm Beach Gardens.

This comes as President Trump’s administration recently announced a plan to send about 500 illegals per month from the southern border to  Palm Beach to help deal with the massive influx of illegals at our southern border.

The 32-year old MS-13 gang member, Michael Nieto,  had a long string of crimes and had just been released from prison last year. He was killed in the shootout after shooting the officer in the face.

According to NBC Miami, the MS-13 gang member was a convicted felon with a long history of arrests that include discharging a firearm in public, drug possession, resisting law enforcement, burglary, and theft.

When President Trump said, “they’re not sending their best,” he was spot on!

The sheriff of Palm Beach County has this to say about the presence of MS-13 in the local community:

“[MS-13] is not the biggest [presence in Palm Beach County], but it’s not the smallest either. It’s something we’ve been working on. And this is one of the pieces of the puzzle we’ve been working on to get into this gang to try to find out what they’re doing because they’re trying to get a stronghold and we’re not going to let them.”

ILLEGALS BEING RELEASED ALL OVER THE U.S.:

When President Trump said our immigration laws are stupid, he was so right. Our catch and release policy is allowing our country to literally be invaded by people from all over the world.

The word is out that all they have to do is present themselves at the border and claim a credible fear of their home country and they get in. Because the detention centers are so full, the illegals are being released into different communities all over the U.S. with a future immigration/asylum hearing to come. The kicker is that our DHS is HOPING they’ll come back for their hearing.

Many never show up and just disappear into the U.S.

More importantly, we need to ask who we’re bringing into the country. A recent report states that non-citizens commit nearly half of all federal crimes but they only represent 7% of our population (see below).

Breitbart News reports that since December 21, 2018, the Trump administration has released 177,600 border crossers and illegal aliens into the interior of the U.S. — the majority have been dropped off in San Antonio, where 69,200 have been released, and El Paso, where 61,500 have been released.

This all comes on the heels of the AP report that an illegal alien from Kenya murdered 11 women in Texas:

A Dallas man previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman has been charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday.

Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94.

Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen who was living in the U.S. illegally, also is charged in nearby Collin County with two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks there, according to county court records.

The expense in local and federal taxes is outrageous but what’s most important is the safety and security of our nation’s citizens.

We recently reported on illegal alien crime compared to legal citizens who commit crimes…The numbers are shocking:

NON-CITIZENS Commit Nearly Half Of All Federal Crimes…Only Represent 7% Of Population:

We frequently publish stories about illegal aliens who have committed crimes in America. Every week, the Democrat Party and their allies in the media and social media censorship teams attempt to discredit our legitimate reports.

Yesterday, we wrote about an illegal alien who raped his fiance’s dog to death in Oregon and was released from prison only 60 days later.

Federal immigration officials lashed out at authorities in Multnomah County, Oregon, and local sanctuary laws Thursday after a man residing in the U.S. illegally was set free upon serving 60 days for raping a dog to death.

Last month, we published an article about a 26-year-old illegal alien who repeatedly raped an 11-year-old girl in N. Carolina.

On Wednesday, a 26-year-old illegal alien was arrested and charged with repeatedly molesting an 11-year-old girl. It’s not a stretch to suggest that most Americans would consider the horrific act of a full-grown man repeatedly sexually assaulting an innocent 11-year-old girl, an act that only an “animal” could commit.

In March, we exposed an illegal alien who decapitated the father of a two-year-old girl in North Carolina.

Another illegal alien has taken the life of an innocent man. 26-year-old Neri Damian Cruz-Carmona, who broke the law when he entered the United States, hit 26-year-old Jamar Beach on his motorcycle, decapitating him, and then driving away with Beach’s head on the hood of his vehicle. Beach’s two-year-old girl will grow up without her father, because someone who should never have been driving on the streets in the United States of America, took her daddy’s life in a violent and gruesome accident.

These three incidents took place in states far away from our southern border. Many Americans believe crimes that are committed by non-citizens in the United States are primarily taking place in border states. The truth is, crimes committed by non-citizens are taking place across the United States.

The American Mirror reports – A new federal report shows non-citizens in the United States commit nearly half of all federal crimes or more than six times their proportion to the American population.

For 2017, data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey shows non-citizens comprise about 7 percent of the country’s population, but the 2018 Annual Report and Sourcebook of Federal Sentencing Statistics show they committed more than 40 percent of all federal crimes.

The United States Sentencing Commission reviewed 321,000 sentencing documents in the fiscal year 2018 and outlined several statistics in the annual report:

In fiscal year 2018, the courts reported 69,425 felony and Class A misdemeanor cases to the Commission. This represents an increase of 2,552 cases from the prior fiscal year and the first increase since fiscal year 2011.

The race of federal offenders remained largely unchanged from prior years. In fiscal year 2018, 54.3 percent of all offenders were Hispanic, 21.2 percent were White, 20.6 percent were Black, and 3.8 percent were of another race. Non-U.S. Citizens accounted for 42.7 percent of all federal offenders.

Immigration cases accounted for the largest single group of offenses in fiscal year 2018, comprising 34.4 percent of all reported cases. Cases involving drugs, firearms, and fraud were the next most common types of offenses after immigration cases. Together these four types of offenses accounted for 82.9 percent of all cases reported to the Commission in fiscal year 2018.
A breakdown of crimes in the report shows about 92 percent of immigration crimes, or about 21,835 cases, involved non-citizens. But they also committed other crimes at far higher rates than their 7 percent proportion of the population as a whole.
