In an address, which aired on Fadak TV and was posted on the Internet on June 16, 2012, London-based Shiite cleric Abdallah Al-Khilaf said that a Wahhabi fatwa permitted sodomy as a means to widening the anus in order to insert explosive capsules in it. Al-Khilaf claimed that a Wahhabi sheik had said that although in principle, sodomy was forbidden, “Jihad is more important. It is the pinnacle of Islam. If sodomy is the only way to reach this pinnacle of Islam, then there is no harm in it.”
