Jeffrey Epstein’s high-desert New Mexico property, known as the ‘Zorro Ranch,’ sold for an undisclosed price to a newly registered company.

According to Albuquerque television station KRQE, the ranch was listed for sale for $27.5 million.

Documents obtained by KRQE confirmed the “change of ownership from Cypress Inc. to San Rafael Ranch, LLC.”

“An attorney for Epstein’s estate, Daniel Weiner, confirmed Tuesday that the ranch had been sold for an undisclosed price, and the proceeds would be used to administer the estate and pay creditors,” ABC News reports.

It’s unknown who’s behind San Rafael Ranch LLC.

The company reportedly registered with the secretary of state’s office in late July.

ABC News reports:

Weiner told Albuquerque television station KRQE that the estate would disclose the sales price in its next quarterly accounting that will be filed with the probate court in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Records kept by the Santa Fe County assessor list the new owner as San Rafael Ranch LLC, which registered with the secretary of state’s office in late July, the Santa Fe New Mexican reported.

Epstein was found dead in August 2019 in his Manhattan jail cell, where he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Federal watchdogs have said negligence, misconduct and job failures had enabled him to take his own life.

In New Mexico, Epstein built a 26,700-square-foot mansion with a sprawling courtyard and a living room roughly the size of the average American home. Nearby was a private airstrip with a hangar and helipad. The property also included a ranch office, a firehouse and a seven-bay heated garage.

Epstein purchased the Zorro Ranch in 1993 from former Democratic Gov. Bruce King.

“Jeffery Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico — where the billionaire pedophile planned to impregnate scores of women and ‘seed’ the human race with his DNA and also discussed with scientists engaging in genetic experiments and told them he was bankrolling efforts to identify a stalker particle that could trigger the feeling someone is watching you — has finally been sold,” journalist Liz Crokin writes.

“Epstein was also known to invite a number of scientists, engineers and technicians to the lodge, where he would reportedly try to woo by using his financial muscle to fund disturbing scientific ideas and insights. According to computer scientist and virtual reality expert Jaron Lanier, this included plans to convert the ranch into a ‘baby-making factory’ which would ‘seed the human race with his DNA’ by impregnating at least 20 women at the ranch,” she added.

The Daily Mail disclosed in 2019 that Bill and Hillary Clinton would frequently visit Jeffrey Epstein’s New Mexico ranch.

From Daily Mail:

Bill and Hillary Clinton stayed at Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious ‘baby-making ranch’ almost every year after they left the White House, according to the disgraced financier’s estate manager.

The former president was Epstein’s closest ‘celebrity mate’ and the Clintons, along with daughter Chelsea, visited Zorro Ranch ‘a whole bunch of times’, a former contractor who ran the IT system at the property told DailyMailTV in an exclusive interview.

The family visited the 10,000-acre estate in the New Mexico desert often, but never stayed in the main house.

Instead, the Clinton family bunked down in a special cowboy-themed village created by Epstein, which is a mile south of his own luxury mountaintop villa. They’d use one of the two guest houses, which look like they’re straight out of the 19th century.

Seen in exclusive DailyMailTV images, the guest homes are next to other traditional Wild West-style buildings such as an old schoolhouse and saloon bar. An American flag is raised high above the village, which is next door to Epstein’s private airstrip, where he arrived on his private planes, including his infamous ‘Lolita Express’.

This is all according to security expert Jared Kellogg, who was brought in by long-standing ranch manager Brice Gordon to improve security and set up a camera system at the main house and ‘cowboy village’.

Bard AI, a conversational generative artificial intelligence chatbot developed by Google, had an interesting response to the question: “What is San Rafael Ranch LLC?”

Via Bard:

San Rafael Ranch LLC is a limited liability company that purchased the Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico from the estate of Jeffrey Epstein in August 2023. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The company was registered with the New Mexico Secretary of State’s Office in July 2023. The registered agent is Thomas J. Debreczeni, an attorney who has represented the Epstein estate in the past.

The identity of the company’s owners is unknown. However, some have speculated that the company may be owned by Les Wexner, the billionaire businessman who was a longtime friend of Epstein’s. Wexner has denied any involvement in the purchase of the ranch.

The Zorro Ranch is a 7,600-acre property that includes a 26,700-square-foot mansion, a private airstrip, and a helipad. Epstein purchased the ranch in the 1990s and used it as a base for his various business interests. The ranch has also been the subject of allegations of sexual abuse.

The sale of the Zorro Ranch to San Rafael Ranch LLC has raised concerns about the future of the property. Some have expressed fears that the new owners may use the ranch for illegal or inappropriate activities. However, the company has said that it plans to use the ranch for “agricultural and recreational purposes.”

Only time will tell what the future holds for the Zorro Ranch. However, the sale of the property to San Rafael Ranch LLC has certainly raised a lot of questions.
