This afternoon, Speaker Pelosi stood in front of a gaggle of Democrat Party allies at a press conference where she attempted to do damage control after disastrous “hearsay” impeachment hearings that left Democrat Party leaders scrambling to explain.

Speaker Pelosi was asked if she thought the Democrat Party’s efforts to prove Trump was guilty of an impeachable offense was helped by their witnesses yesterday? Nancy dodged the question, instead, she talked about how the Mueller Report was justice enough to pursue impeachment of President Trump. Next, Nancy spun a whopper, explaining to the media how Trump’s temporary hold on military aid to Ukraine harmed Ukraine and gave Putin, their agressor, and advantage.

Nancy loves to rely on the stupdity of the American voter and the refusal of her allies in the media to call her out for lying about Trump’s committment to supplying Ukraine with military aide to defend themselves against Putin’s Russia.

Watch:

On December 21, 2017, ABC News reported about how President Donald Trump approved the sale of more lethal arms to Ukraine as the country fights off Russian-backed fighters in its east — despite the president’s recent overtures for cooperation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Earlier this year, the Trump administration approved the sale of shoulder-fired rocket launchers by AirTronic, a U.S. manufacturer in Texas, to Ukraine, according to the company’s COO. Richard Vandiver told Voice of America that his firm has been selling the weapons since last year, and “we are continuing deliveries up until now.”

The New York Post reminded everyone of President Obama’s refusal to arm Ukraine against the Russians in 2014. After Russia annexed Crimea and began arming separatists in eastern Ukraine with tanks, armored vehicles and rocket launchers, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko came to Washington to plead for weapons to defend his country. In an impassioned address to a joint session of Congress — with Biden sitting directly behind him — Poroshenko said his country appreciated the nonlethal assistance he was getting, but declared “one cannot win a war with blankets.”

Watch former Ukraine President Poroshenko beg America for military aid during a 2014 SOTU speech, while Obama can be seen thumbing through a book in the background (on the left) and Vice President Biden sits behind him (on the right).

The Obama-Biden administration was unmoved. The Wall Street Journal reported at the time that “President Barack Obama stuck to his refusal to provide weapons or other lethal military gear to Ukraine.” Why?

Team Obama feared that lethal aid would provoke Moscow.

So what did the administration give him? Instead of rocket-propelled grenades, we provided food rations. As one frustrated former Pentagon official put it at the time, “What kind of message does that send anyway?”
