#RECALL ☠️#organic Yogi Echinacea Immune Support #Tea because pesticide residues were detected above action levels—the products are contaminated with pesticides and are unsafe to consumehttps://t.co/7vCL7GSPwI

“Sometimes, farmers can’t avoid pesticides found in the environment, even when safe agricultural practices are performed. The FDA sets an ‘action level’ for these unavoidable pesticides. If a product is found to have pesticide residue above the action level, it is deemed unsafe to consume and is recalled,” Simply Recipes stated.
“Neither the FDA nor the East West Tea Company has revealed the type and amount of pesticide chemicals that were found on the recalled tea product,” it added.
Anyone who purchased or has the recalled product is instructed to discard it or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
