During a Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) conference in Los Angeles on March 2019, US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) told a room full of Muslims that CAIR was founded in response to 9/11. Omar explained why CAIR, (the radical group that’s been declared a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates) was founded, saying, “Because they recognized that some people did something.” Omar was referring to the 9-11-01 terror attack where 19 Islamic terrorists attacked America, killing 2,977 innocent people.

Omar also told her audience at the CAIR event that they need to start pushing back on Americans who look at them in a “strange” way, telling them that they need to “raise hell,” and “make people uncomfortable,” as a way to alleviate their “discomfort.”

Here’s the video:

One year ago today, during an event commemorating the victims of 9-11 in New York City, the son of a man who lost his mother called out Muslim lawmaker, Ilhan Omar (D-MN), for referring to the horrific terror attack that killed 3,000 people, “some people did something.”

While wearing a “Some People Did Something” tee-shirt, the elderly gentleman bravely spoke about how he was there to honor his 76-year-old mother Francis, saying, “Mom, we all miss you and love you very much.” He also recognized all of the victims of 9-11, including the first responders and the over 200 co-workers he lost on that day.

The son of a 9-11 victim ripped into the Democrat lawmaker for trivializing 9-11, saying, “‘Some people did something?’ said a freshman congresswoman from Minnesota, to support and justify the creation of CAIR?

Today, I am here to respond to you exactly who did what to whom,” he said, as the audience members clapped.

He continued, directly responding to Omar, “Madame, objectively speaking, we know who and what was done. There was no uncertainty about that. Why your confusion? On that day, 19 Islamic terrorists, members of Al Qaeda killed over 3,000 people and caused billions of dollars in economic damage. Is that clear? But as to whom—I was attacked, your relatives and friends were attacked. Our constitutional freedoms were attacked, and our nations founding on Judeo-Christian principles were attacked.”

“That’s what some people did!” he exclaimed

Asking, “Got that now?”

He ended his speech be telling Omar and her Democrat “Squad” what he thinks of their disrespect for the loss of their loved ones, “We are here today Congresswoman, to tell you and the “Squad” just who did what to whom.

“Show respect in honoring them—please. American patriotism in your position demands it.!”

He ended by saying, “For God and country—Amen!” as the crowd applauded him.

Watch:

Rep. Omar appeared on Face the Nation four days later and was asked if she understood why Americans would be so offended by the “Some people did something,” comment she made about 9/11?

Omar’s response will make your blood boil. Instead of apologizing for her vile remarks, Omar talks about how she and other Muslims were mistreated after 9/11. Omar can’t put the victim card away, even for one minute, and admit that what she said was wrong and that the families and friends who lost loved ones on that day have a right to be offended.
