Just when you think Kamala Harris can’t sink any lower, she outdoes herself and finds a new low!

I thought this post had to be fake (and the image might be, we’ll get to that in a minute), but the post is real and comes from @VP on Twitter.

Let me just show it to you and then we’ll discuss:

And in case she takes it down, here’s a screenshot:

And here is a close up of the alleged letter:

TRANSCRIPT IF EASIER TO READ:

Vice President Harris,

One of my absolute favorite things in America is how people of different backgrounds and beliefs have the freedom to communicate with each other. We are so blessed to live in a country where the greatest currency is the free flowing exchange of ideas. In America, we are all blessed with the ability to come together on common ground.

In the spirit of establishing common ground, even though I am fairly conservative and we may have our disagreements, I am writing to express my gratitude for yours and President Biden’s efforts to establish common sense gun safety laws. Owning firearms is every American’s Constitutional right. Like all things, there needs to be reasonable regulation like age restrictions, background checks, and mental health screenings. Thank you for heading the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention and for yours and President Biden’s push for common sense gun safety laws. I look forward to seeing what the Biden-Harris administration accomplishes in this regard.

All the best and God bless,
(Signature)

Ok, so what’s going on here?

Well, I would say two things….

First, the letter feels fake to me.  I could be wrong.

This person says they ran it through AI-detection software and it came back as 100% likely generated by AI:

Why you would need AI to generate that, I don’t know.

But it just feels “off” to me, unlike something a real human being would write and actually send in the mail.

You really mean to tell me some American citizen out there thought they’d just pen out that letter and mail it to the VP?  Really?

Maybe so, but my BS meter is raised on this one.

But that’s not even the real point.

The real point is that it was posted to IMPLY that it was sent by Tucker Carlson.

Of course there are other Tuckers out there, but it’s a fairly unique name and there is one very famous Tucker in the news all the time, so that’s who immediately comes to mind.

And then you have phrases like this in the letter: “…even though I am fairly conservative and we may have our disagreements…”

Again, designed to make you THINK this letter is from Tucker Carlson.

I know what some of you are thinking before you even think it, so for the person who is getting ready to scroll down to the comments and say I’ve lost it and why do I find conspiracies everywhere and no one would be dumb enough to think this letter was from Tucker Carlson, I give you this:

Screenshot here in case he deletes it:

Ah, the great Ed Krassen, the gift that just keeps on giving.

You almost can’t read that tweet without adding a “DERP!” to the end of it.

Yes Ed, you really cracked the case wide open here….

That’s EXACTLY what they wanted you to think by posting that letter.

But I love how you think you’re the first person to make the connection.

Those last two brain cells sure are active today, aren’t they Ed?

Of course many others made the same connection (because that was the whole point):

And:

So congrats Kamala….or whoever runs Kamala’s Twitter.

You’ve sunk to a new low.

Is this how desperate your campaign has become?
