When an SOS went up at a troubled Shreveport, Louisiana high school, who answered the call? A bunch of dads.

Steve Hartman shares the story in “On the Road,” where he joins the dads to show the success at Southwood High School once the dads came to school.

The school was plagued with violence. Over three days last month, 23 students were arrested for fighting in school.

“Not everybody has a father figure at home.”
