Devin Nunes just dropped a bombshell saying eight criminal referrals are being prepared to send to Attorney General Barr.

Nunes told Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Futures that he calls the Trump fake dossier case “new McCarthyism meets Watergate wannabes.” Bartiromo mentions the excellent op-ed by Nunes in the Washington Examiner that describes the journey over the past two years on the investigation into corruption within our government in an attempt to destroy President Trump:

“It’s now clear that top intelligence officials were perfectly well aware of the dubiousness of the dossier, but they embraced it anyway because it justified actions they wanted to take — turning the full force of our intelligence agencies first against a political candidate and then against a sitting president.”

Nunes speaks extensively of the criminal referrals that have been worked on for two and a half years.

Eight criminal referrals are being prepared to be sent out to the Attorney General Barr this week. All of them are classified or sensitive.

Five are referrals like lying to Congress and leaking to Congress.

Three more are of a different nature:

One is a conspiracy to lie to the FISA court.

A second conspiracy referral is leaking intelligence.

The third is a “global leak referral” of highly sensitive information given to reporters.

Nunes says conversations between the president and world leaders were leaked, but there are things that are even worse than this.

The referrals will be passed on to AG Barr who will decide on any charges.

Nunes says these referrals could include dozens of people.

He said we need to get over this “manufactured hoax.” against President Trump.

Maria Bartiromo discusses John Brennan’s behavior. He’s been going around for two years accusing President Trump of treason. Nunes says this behavior should be looked into.

He confirms that the “insurance policy” that Strzok and Page discussed was the investigation into Trump.

“If you take what the Democrats have said throughout the last two and a half years, there’s only one thing you can be certain of…That is whatever they tell you is wrong, or a lie or they actually mean the opposite.”

Nunes goes on to discuss whether the Mueller Report should be made public.

Nunes concludes his op-ed in Washington Examiner:

“Having extensively investigated this abuse, House Intelligence Committee Republicans will soon be submitting criminal referrals on numerous individuals involved in these matters. These people must be held to account to prevent similar abuses from occurring in the future. The men and women of our intelligence community perform an essential service defending American national security, and their ability to carry out their mission cannot be compromised by biased actors who seek to transform the intelligence agencies into weapons of political warfare.”
