Put the blame squarely on the liberal judge who sent this violent criminal to rehab instead of prison. It’s just like the Obama administration’s release of 6,000 prisoners. The liberal logic is to go soft on these thugs but here you have a perfect example of why that doesn’t work. This thug knows crime and has lived his life committing crime after crime.

Tyrone Howard, a 30 year old known gang member a “hardened criminal”, shot and killed NYPD Officer Randolph Holder October 20th, 2015 in East Harlem New York.

Howard had 20 previous arrests for assault, robbery, criminal sale of a controlled substance, public lewdness, criminal trespassing and conspiracy.

Police stated that was wanted in relation to the drug-related shooting of a 28-year-old man in the East River Houses on September 1st but has managed to evade authorities 10 times.

Last fall, Howard was arrested with other gang members during a roundup and was ordered into a drug diversion program, instead of being sent to prison. He stopped taking part in the program in May of 2015.

‘If ever there’s a candidate not to be diverted it would be this guy,’ NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton stated.

‘He’s a poster boy for not being diverted … his whole life has been about an escalation of crime.’

Once again a black robed liberal judge puts a violent career criminal back on the street and he murders a Police Officer:

FROM THE NYP:

The Manhattan judge who pushed the sweetheart deal that let an accused cop killer go to drug rehab instead of prison defended his decision Wednesday — saying “I don’t get a crystal ball when I get a robe.”
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Edward McLaughlin said he recommended Tyrone Howard for the “diversion program” instead of jail because he believed that none of the suspect’s previous convictions involved violence.

ISN’T IT THIS JUDGE’S JOB TO KNOW EVERY DETAIL OF THIS THUG’S PAST?
