Earlier today, the anti-Trump New York Times White House correspondent Maggie Haberman tweeted a New York Times article she wrote about the Secretary of the Navy and Rear Adm. Collin Green threatening to resign over their objection to President Trump’s support for pardoned Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher.

Secretary of the U.S, Navy Richard Spencer, refuted Maggie Haberman’s fake news claim in her articled in a tweet. “Contrary to popular belief, I am still here. I did not threaten to resign.” He added,  “We are here to talk about external threats and Eddi Gallagher is not one of them” Spencer tweeted.

Frank Lutz called Maggie Haberman out on her fake news story:

The hardened leftist and Trump-hating reporter responded to Luntz’s tweet by telling him that she stands by her story.
