Georgia State Rep. Erica Thomas posted an emotional video on Facebook where she claimed to be verbally assaulted by a “white man” in a racist tirade at Publix. In the video, the GA State Rep. admits she had 15 items in her grocery cart and was getting ready to check out in the “10 items or less” aisle when she was confronted by a “white man” who told her to “go back to where you came from.” Thomas’s story appeared to be an attempt to tie the “white man” to President Trump and a line he used earlier this week when he responded to criticism of him from “the Squad” of freshmen Democrat lawmakers.

Erica Thomas begins her by crying on camera, as she tells her Facebook followers that she’s very upset because “People are getting really out of control with this—with this ‘white privilege stuff.” Thomas explains that because she’s nine months pregnant that she can’t stand up for very long. Rep. Thomas claims a “white man” came up to her and said, “You lazy son-of-a-bitch, you need to go back to where you came from.” She continues to cry, telling everyone that her child was standing next to her watching. She also claims that her daughter was buying five of the fifteen items in her cart.

Democrats went insane over Thomas’ story. The hashtag #IStandWithErica was quickly trending on Twitter. Top Democrat lawmakers weighed in on Twitter to show their support for Erica and to condemn President Trump for his dangerous rhetoric that his followers are now using against Democrats of color.

The nasty Democrat lawmaker, Rep. Ted Lieu, who never misses an opportunity to call Trump a “racist” or to blame him for something he had nothing to do with, jumped in on the Democrat feeding frenzy, using her story to convince voters to support Democrats in 2020.

Not one to waste an opportunity to trash our President, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) a member of “the Squad” retweeted Rep. Thomas’ tearful story for her followers:

Unfortunately, for Ms. Thomas, the “white guy” who allegedly told her to “go back to where you came from,” showed up at the Publix grocery store at the same time she was meeting the local news station to tell her side of the story. Eric Sparkes, the “white guy” Erica Thomas was accusing, confronted her on camera, where he called her a liar. Sparkes admitted that he did call her a “lazy bitch,” but adamantly denied telling her to “go back to where you came from.”

Ryan Saavedra of the Daily Wire tweeted screenshots from Sparkes’ Facebook page, showing that Sparkes is indeed a Democrat and that he’s also a Cuban American. The first Facebook post from Sparkes’ Facebook page shows him condemning President Trump for his “go back to where you came from”comments, and threatening him that he violated the EEOC rules.

In his second post, Sparkes suggests that Trump is a Nazi and needs to “go back to Germany to his Nazi roots.”

In the third Facebook post, Sparkes talks about the “hidden” and “outright vocal bigotry” and the “ignorance and racism” he grew up with because his grandmother didn’t speak English. Sparkes tells all Trump supporters to “FU” and calls them “racists.” Sparkes also says that if Trump supporters say they’re not racists, they’re lying to themselves.

It’s somewhat difficult to believe Rep. Thomas’ story,  given the evidence taken from Mr. Sparkes’ Facebook page, that proves he clearly hates President Trump and every one of his supporters. It doesn’t make much sense that he would be parroting a man he so openly despises on Facebook. Somebody’s lying here, and our money is on the nine-month pregnant attention-seeking GA lawmaker who thought she struck pay dirt with her story, until the Trump-hating, Cuban Democrat unexpectantly showed up at Publix and blew her cover.

UPDATE: Rep. Erica Thomas is now backtracking, saying that she’s not saying Mr. Sparkes said to “go back to where you came from,” but he was “making those kinds of references.”

Yeah, okay, Erica. We believe you, just like we believed Christine Blasey Ford.

Eyeball roll…

We’ll wait for apologies from Democrat lawmakers who jumped on this case in support of the lying Demcorat rep from Georgia.
