Yesterday, I was a guest of Pete Santilli on his very popular talk show. My business partner and fellow patriot sister, Leisa Audette, and I have admired the work of the fearless talk show host for years and I was honored to be Mr. Santilli’s guest.

We’ve been a huge fan of the hero, Pete Santilli ever since he embedded himself as a journalist to document the important standoff between FBI agents and father and son ranchers Dwight and Steve Hammon of Oregon, during a standoff inside the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

The takeover at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Oregon, began on January 2, 2016, after a peaceful protest in nearby Burns, Oregon, over the conviction of two local ranchers on arson charges. Dwight Hammond, 73, and his son Steven Hammond, 46, said they lit fires on federal land in 2001 and 2006 to reduce the growth of invasive plants and protect their property from wildfires.

The two were convicted three years ago. But in October a federal judge ruled their terms were too short and ordered them back to prison for about four years each. Among the demands by the group is for the Hammonds to be released. But the militia had more deep-seated grievances over land under federal government control.

The story gained national attention when one of the leaders of the protest was shot and killed following a chase by Oregon State Police.

According to the FBI, shots were fired after officers stopped a car carrying Ammon Bundy on January 26. The leader of the protest, Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, and five others (including his children) near the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge were inside the vehicle driven by Finicum.

An incredible Youtube video captured the shooting death of rancher Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, following the chase of his vehicle by Oregon State Police. In the video, Finicum can be seen exiting the vehicle he was driving with his hands outstretched when he was approached by police officers. He was shot to death with a rifle.

Watch:

Finicum, 55, had been one of the main spokesmen for the occupation, appearing at daily news conferences, posting regular dispatches on his YouTube page, and organizing some of the most high-profile actions protesting against the federal government’s regulation of public lands.

Bundy and four other senior members were taken into custody following the confrontation along Highway 395 near the reserve in north-east Oregon at 4.25 pm local time, the FBI said.

Two others were arrested later, including HERO journalist, Peter Santilli, who live-streamed events to document what really happened at the refuge.

CBS NewsFBI agent W. Joseph Astarita was later indicted on five felony charges after the inspector general of the U.S. Justice Department last year began investigating possible FBI misconduct and whether there was a cover-up into the shooting death of Finicum.

Investigators determined the troopers were justified in shooting Finicum, as they claimed he was reaching inside of his jacket when he was shot, but also found members of an FBI hostage rescue team at the scene failed to disclose that they fired two rounds that missed the Arizona rancher.

Last night, I got the opportunity to speak with the brave conservative, Pete Santilli, where we talked about how conservatives are being silenced by communist-style censorship of big tech bullies and voter fraud.
