In the 2020 Presidential contest between Joe Biden and President Trump, Pennsylvania was one of the last states to finish counting votes. The reason was Pennsylvania’s bizarre election laws regarding mail-in ballots, which do not permit election officials to begin counting mail-in ballots until election day, despite many arriving before then.
Now, the same issue is preventing a winner from being declared in Pennsylvania’s Primary election for the 2022 midterms. Voters cast their ballots this past Tuesday, May 17th, and in the extremely close primary race between Trump-endorsed Mehmet Oz and Dave McCormick, we may not know who won until as late as next week.
As of yesterday, there were still roughly 10,000 votes left to be counted in the Republican primary race, where Oz still leads by a margin of a little over 1,000 votes. The remaining 10,000 votes could make all the difference in a race that will be decided by a razor-thin margin.
NBC News Correspondent Steve Kornacki estimated that 8,000 of the 10,000 remaining votes left to be counted are mail-in ballots.

The mainstream media and Democratic politicians claim that anyone who opposes Pennsylvania’s insane election laws, like no-excuse mail in balloting is attempting to disenfranchise voters, but almost no first-world country has voting laws as lax as the United States.
France, who does not permit mail-in ballots, was able to decide a winner in their recent Presidential election within hours of polls closing. Imagine that.
