During the White House press briefing, Press Secretary Jen Psaki said about the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion tax and spending bill that it is “all paid for, so therefore it costs $0.” Fox News reporter Peter Doocy jumped in to ask a question that would expose the lie that the boondoggle Biden bill is “all paid for.” Of course, anyone with half a brain isn’t buying this lie, especially Independent voters who are a whopping 72% against passing the bill.

Peter Doocy made a great point when he asked why the debt ceiling needs to be raised if the bill costs nothing.

Biden spoke earlier today to say the boondoggle is paid for and that this is all about paying back old debts. He wants Americans to believe that his boondoggle is paid for, but it’s Trump’s fault that we need to raise the debt limit.

McConnell quoted Biden, who in the past had defended not raising the debt ceiling:

“Because this massive accumulation of debt was predicted because it was foreseeable, because it was unnecessary because it was the result of willful and reckless disregard for the warnings that were given and for the fundamentals of economic management, I’m voting against the debt limit increase.” – Joe Biden in 2006
