After the leak of a Supreme Court vote to overturn Roe v Wade, Democrats hoped voters would rush out in November in a blue wave… This poll shows that voters hardly care

“Midterm voters care about affordability first and foremost, and they are not people who are worried every single day about losing access to abortion,” said Democrat strategist Julie Roginsky.

“My fear continues to be that sometimes we as Democrats run on things that we wish the voters cared about, rather than what the voters do care about,”  she added quite defeated.

The Democratic party is desperate to ensure that murder stays a part of their identity for some odd reason. However, voters care far more about actually pressing issues such as inflation, much to the chagrin of the liberal elite.

Roginsky suggests that the only voters for whom Roe v Wade is a major issue are already committed Democrat voters who’d show up to “vote blue no matter who” regardless of the overturn. What this means is that in terms of offering a boost to Democrat turnout this November, abortion is not a big enough issue.

The only thing that might prevent a complete bloodbath for Democrats at the polls would be if they could get inflation under way. However, Democrats and good economies do not historically get along…
