President Donald Trump just signed the first veto of his Presidency.
It’s a veto of the resolution passed by the House and Senate stripping President Trump of the Emergency Declaration for the Southern Border Crisis.
The president said he has a duty to veto the resolution:
“Today I am vetoing this resolution. Congress has the freedom to pass this resolution, and I have the duty to veto it.”
In this short clip (the entire video is below), President Trump signs the veto and then hands the pen to Angel mom Laura Wilkerson whose son was brutally murdered by an illegal:

The ceremony begins at about the 26-minute mark, and then he signs the veto. President Trump immediately gives the veto pen to Angel mom Laura Wilkerson at about the 45-minute mark:
In a special moment right before President Trump signs the veto, he talks to the Angel parents gathered for the signing.
This is all about protecting legal Americans, so it goes without saying that the Angel families should be a big voice in this veto. They lost a family member to an illegal so they know firsthand about the result of having an open border.

Do you think this is acceptable for border protection? This fence in Arizona won’t stop anything!
OUR PREVIOUS REPORT ON THE VOTE THAT WAS JUST VETOED:
The Senate just voted 59-41 to end President Trump’s National Emergency Declaration forcing his hand to veto the vote.
CNN claimed this is an embarrassment to President Trump, but this is an embarrassment to any Republican who voted against the president.
If one million illegals predicted to come across our border isn’t an emergency, what is?
Here are the “Dirty Dozen” to vote OUT next time around:
12 GOP YES VOTES ON A RESOLUTION TO END THE PRESIDENT’S EMERGENCY DECLARATION:
These 12 Republicans just proved that they’re not team players and that they’re not listening to the Americans who voted them in. Most Americans want a secure border, and that’s what this is all about!
President Trump just tweeted out a perfect response:

Mitt Romney just earned his “Jeff Flake award.”
We say VETO!
