Just days before CPAC, Donald Trump was part of a patriotic song release that quickly topped the charts. “Justice For All,” which features the January 6 Prison Choir, comprises prisoners singing the national anthem while Trump recites the Pledge of Allegiance. According to Breitbart, Former top Trump official Kash Patel weighed in, saying the song was a number one iTunes hit that “broke the music industry” because they put “America First values back front and center.” Patel noted that he worked with a team at Pyramid Records and Real America’s Voice to record the prisoners singing the national anthem, mastered that audio, then superimposed it behind Trump’s vocal track. He said,

“We basically broke the music industry is what we did here because we put America First values back, front and center. And we said we’re going to use free speech platforms like Truth Social and Rumble, and then we’re going to debut a song that speaks to what’s on so many Americans’ minds.”

Patel is protecting the identities of those who sang in the Prison choir and believes that they have been subjected to unfair treatment and denied their due rights. “we believe [they] were overcharged and are suffering from the violation of due process that the Constitution affords them.”

Patel accused the Biden justice department of prosecuting “based on political orientations rather than on facts and law,” creating “a two-tiered system of justice.” An allegation that has often been made against the Biden administration.

Proceeds from the song will go to some of the January 6 prisoner’s families. Patel hopes the song will raise not only funds but also awareness about the attack on American civil liberties. He said,

“And hopefully, the goal is not just raising money, but to help educate people on the destruction of due process,” he said. “And, you know, also show the hypocrisy of the liberal left who used to be the champions of prisoners’ rights, and due process, and legal representation.”

Trump has pledged that he will look into the unfair way people who took part in the J6 protests have been treated. During the holidays, Trump sent a video sharing a special message with the group Patriot Freedom Project, the lead legal defender of J6 political prisoners. Trump’s video was sent for the group’s holiday open house.

People have been treated unconstitutionally, in my opinion, and very, very unfairly, and we’re going to get to the bottom of it,’ Trump pledged. ‘And you know what I’ve said? I take it very seriously; I’ve never seen anything like it at all levels.’

‘Patriot freedom is what it’s about, and that’s not happening in our country. What they’ve done to torment people and go after people, like never before, I don’t think anything like this has ever happened in our country before, certainly not to this extent; and you look at other groups which have done terrible things, and virtually nothing happened to them,’

So it’s a very unfair situation, and we’re going to be, as you know, looking into it and talking about it very, very strongly in the coming weeks, months, and over the next period of a year, year and a half during the campaign,’ Trump said.

‘And we can’t let this happen in our country because our country is going – not socialist, they’ve skipped over that, they’ve skipped over socialism – our country is going communist. This is what happens, and we can’t let it happen; we have to stop it.’

During CPAC, Trump reiterated his message saying that he would totally obliterate the Deep State. “if you put me back in the white house, their reign is over, and they know it. And America will be a free nation once again…I am your voice, I am your warrior, I am your justice, and for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution. I am your retribution; we’re not going to let this happen.” The patriotic crowd went wild, chanting “USA, USA” in response.
