President Trump has officially arrived at Madison Square Garden to watch his hometown team the New York Knicks face-off against the San Antonio Spurs in game three of the NBA Finals.

On Monday night Trump’s motorcade was spotted making its way through Midtown Manhattan and the 47th President was spotted waving to Knicks fans.

Take a look:

Trump has since arrived to a private suite where he is joined by Knicks owner James Dolan and several members of his administration.

Here’s Trump in his suite:

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver let the world know Trump is not just some bandwagon Knicks fan:

During the National Anthem, Trump was shown on the Jumbotron where he was met by some cheers and what appeared to sound like boos:

NBC reported more on the fans reaction to Trump:

President Donald Trump was loudly booed at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Monday night before the start of game three of the NBA Finals between the home team Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs.

The boos were thunderous in the Garden when Trump was shown on the Jumbotron with Knicks owner James Dolan in a suite well above the court during the playing of the National Anthem.

The boos turned to cheers when the Jumbotron’s focus turned to Knicks star Jalen Brunson shown standing on the court.

Trump’s attendance at the game caused waits of two hours or more for ticket-holding fans to enter the famed arena in Midtown Manhattan after security screening.

The president’s motorcade passed signs that read “Nobody wants you here” and “Trump must go,” as it moved from lower Manhattan up the FDR Drive and over to the Garden.

With the lowest price of tickets at $7,000 it’s not surprising some elitist liberal New Yorkers booed the People’s President.

We have to remember New Yorkers voted for a socialist to be the Mayor of New York City.

You got to love how his reaction is just to smile:

However NBC News just so happen to not report this chant that occurred right before the National Anthem was sung:
