President Trump held a well-deserved victory lap celebration today at the White House to thank Republicans and his lawyers for the hard work they did on impeachment.

The entrance and speech by President Trump was touching and light-hearted. He spoke from the heart and delivered his remarks off-the-cuff.

He didn’t let Democrats off the hook though when he called the impeachment evil and corrupt.

In the video below, the president’s lawyers walk in and everyone gives them a standing ovation. President Trump enters the room shortly after that:

 

The speech wasn’t a typical speech but a free-flowing look back at all that has happened in the past three years.

President Trump also thanked key people for their hard work on getting to the truth.

At the end of the speech, he apologized to his family in a touching moment.
