Rabbi Goldstein was injured in the Synagogue shooting in Poway, California but has come back stronger than ever.
He delivered a powerful message this morning during the ceremony for the National Day of Prayer.
One of the most memorable comments has to be: “My life changed so that I can make a change.”
Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, Chabad of Poway, speaks at White House #NationalDayofPrayer:
“We cannot control what others do, but we can control how we react.”

It was great to hear everything Rabbi Goldstein said because you know it came from the heart.
He just went through a horrific experience and came out alive with so much gratitude and perspective on life.
He accepted President Trump invitation to the National Day of Prayer Service in the White House Rose Garden and we’re so happy he did.
We are the lucky ones to be able to hear him speak.
