Out of the frying pan, into a jail cell.

Anthony Prestopine, 33, was invited over to a woman’s house for a drink and ended up with a bloody face and a set of criminal charges.

The woman reportedly fell asleep while she and Prestopine were watching a movie when she drifted off to sleep. When she woke up, Prestopine was in the middle of attacking her so she fought back.

The woman told police she yelled for him to leave but he refused – that’s when she grabbed a frying pan and split his face open.

Police responded to a 911 call from the woman and took him into custody, giving us his epic mugshot.
