Representative Madison Cawthorn claims that he is being targeted by the Establishment in order to undermine his reelection campaign

Representative Madison Cawthorn (NC) is one of the most outspoken America First congressmen in the GOP. Naturally, that brings him a lot of flak from establishment RINOS and liberals.

Cawthorn is accusing the establishment of attempting to undermine his 2022 reelection campaign by targeting him with a “coordinated drip campaign.”

“They’re going to drop an attack article every one or two days just to try and kill us with a death by 1,000 cuts, and that is really their main strategy,” Cawthorn posted to Instagram on Tuesday

He’s not wrong. The number of hit pieces against him have gone up considerably ever since the radical left failed to disqualify him from running in a lawsuit.

Cawthorn, likely referencing the effort to disqualify Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from running, also stated that “you’re starting to see this coordinated attack” against “hardcore conservatives going up for reelection across the country.”

It’s not just liberal media and radical socialist lawsuits targeting Cawthorn, though. Many RINOS, including those in his own state of North Carolina, have been endorsing Cawthorn’s opponent within the GOP, Chuck Edwards, who himself is a RINO.

Although Cawthorn has had more than his fair share of controversies, he is consistently proving himself to be a Trump loyalist and an America First patriot as well. These attacks are coming primarily from those who loathe President Trump, and who’d likely be happy to see him disqualified from running as well.
