At the request of Vladimir Putin, the UN Security Council is meeting to present evidence of military biological activities allegedly by the United States in Ukraine.
Last week, while being questioned by Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), US Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland Russia admitted that Ukraine does have several “biological research facilities.”

Albania was first to blast Russia for accusing the US of being involved in military bioweapons labs in Ukraine, calling the claims “Russian propaganda,” and saying the claims are “preposterous.”
