A Seattle, Washington area airport has decided to go rogue and ban ICE flights with illegal alien detainees. It’s a free-for-all in the sanctuary city of Seattle, and now airports are becoming ‘sanctuary airports.’ The authorities in King County say they are a “welcoming community that respects the rights of all people.” Over the past eight years, King County airport has deported 34,000 illegals via ICE flights and now the county wants to put a stop to following our immigration laws.
Illegal aliens should have no rights since they broke the law crossing our border. They are not American citizens but lawbreakers who jumped in front of other people trying to come to America the right way.
According to KIRO, the King County International Airport will start banning flights from ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) used to move illegal alien detainees.
King County Executive Dow Constantine had this to say about his executive order:
“Here in King County, we are a welcoming community that respects the rights of all people. My executive order seeks to make sure all those who do business with King County uphold the same values. Our goal is to ban flights of immigrant detainees from our publicly-owned airport, and I hope members of Congress shine a light on this practice and how it is currently funded.”
The airport is located in South Seattle and was being used by ICE to transport detainees.
Constantine’s goal is to ban future flights that transport illegals and to include in future contracts that the lessee “must comply with the county’s human rights and immigration ordinances.”
In other words, unless the county receives a court order, they will not help with immigration enforcement. A sanctuary airport that is using public tax dollars might have a big problem enforcing this executive order. The way to solve this is to issue a court order every time there is a detainee flight.
