U.S. Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) traveled to Mexico where he found an 8 1/2 month pregnant woman who was in a detention center with her husband and 3-year-old child awaiting asylum in the U.S.

Wyden said the woman will now get the help she needs. If he hadn’t stepped in, she and her family could have been stuck in Mexico at the facility, potentially for months, while they waited for their asylum case to be reviewed.

KGW8-TV reported on the incident:

The Democrat senator bragged about bringing a family from Mexico across our border to give her access to health care at a Texas hospital on his Twitter account.

There were concerns she had serious medical complications that were life-threatening to her & her unborn baby. She tried to get across the border but was denied until it became clear to law enforcement that I was accompanying her. She was taken to a hospital to get care.

It shouldn’t have to take being escorted by a U.S. Senator to get asylum seekers and migrants to safety in the United States. After my time in Juarez, I’m reflecting on the hundreds — perhaps thousands — of women just like her who are unable to get the medical care they need.

Senator Ron Wyden claimed that the woman he brought across the border had serious medical complications, but in the photo, Wyden posted on his Twitter account, she appears to be standing up (wearing a black dress) without any assistance.

Wyden posted a video of himself bragging about dragging an entire family of illegal aliens across our US border where she will have an anchor baby, compliments of the American taxpayer.

Fox News’ Laura Ingraham lit into Senator Ron Wyden and his sickening public relations stunt.

Americans were furious when they saw the public relations shenanigan by the Democrat senator. Their comments ranged from calling on the FBI to arrest him for human trafficking to asking if he was going to pay for her health care costs?
