Senator Mazie Hirono had this to say at the DACA prayer breakfast this morning:
We need activists “committed to human rights and environmental rights, climate change — believe in climate change as though it’s a religion.”
She spoke about how Democrats need to march and vote so we can have people in government who are “committed.”
Hirono continues to say that “this is a very divided country” and “these are not normal times.”

Hirono believes in the cult of climate change:
Climate change is eroding away Hawaii’s coastlines through severe storms and sea level rise. The science is clear- we need to reduce our country’s fossil fuel reliance, not increase it, and implement national solutions to protect our coasts before it’s too late.
