A Texas man took off on a 30 minute police chase after fleeing a traffic stop. He filmed the chase on Facebook live…Let’s face it, he’s not a brainiac! The Facebook video can be used against him in court!

“It’s not something I’ve seen in my career here in law enforcement, however, it’s the sign of the times,” Pasadena Police Officer Jessica Ramirez told Houston’s KPRC. “Everyone posts everything on social media nowadays.”

During his Facebook stream, a smiling Erasmo Hernandez said “I’m gone forever, man.”

Hernandez is facing charges for felon in possession of a weapon and evading arrest.
