Neil Diamond just tweeted out a video singing his song “Sweet Caroline,” but he changed the lyrics to reflect what we’re all going through during the coronavirus crisis:

“I know we’re going through a rough time right now, but I love you, and I think maybe if we sing together we might feel a little bit better.”

Instead of “Hands, touching hands,” Diamond rewrote the lyric to read, “Hands, washing hands.”

Then when the song gets to the lyric, “Touchin’ Me, Touchin’ You,” Diamond changed it to, “Don’t touch me, I won’t touch you.”
