Legendary former Packers Quarterback and 2011 Super Bowl Champion Aaron Rodgers has been known to wade in to controversial political issues in the past.

Rodgers came under fire during the pandemic for expressing skepticism towards vaccines and endorsing alternative treatment methods such as Ivermectin, causing him to become one of the more controversial figures in the league as fellow legendary Quarterback Tom Brady showed his support for President Trump in the 2016 elections.

Just weeks ago, Rodgers made a de-facto endorsement of Democratic primary challenger and fellow vaccine skeptic Robert F Kennedy Jr. after he reposted a promotional video of Kennedy’s with the caption ‘kennedy2024’ under it.

Now, Rodgers, who was recently traded to the New York Jets, sided with former Packers teammate David Bakhtiari after he retweeted an allegation that Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Ca.) has engaged in ‘irregular stock trades’ during her career in the Senate, netting her over $200 million.

“How are we as a nation just “cool” with actions like this? It’s cheating in broad daylight.” Bakhtiari said in a Quote Tweet.

Rodgers agreed with his former teammate and shared a gif implying that he is ‘woke’ in a positive way for calling out Feinstein’s corruption.

After speculation that Rodgers would retire following the 2022 season, he signed a $150 million, three-year deal with the New York Jets and brought Packer teammates Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb with him for another stint in the NFL.

Breitbart Reports

Former Packer Aaron Rodgers and current Packer David Bakhtiari are upset over a claim that Senator Diane Feinstein (D, CA) used “unusual trades” to build massive wealth.

Bakhtiari responded to a tweet from the account Unusual Whales, which posted information they claim shows that Feinstein used “unusual trades” to build a net worth of over $200 million.

New Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers reacted to his friend’s tweet with a gif congratulating Bakhtiari for finally waking up to the alleged scheme.

“Among the trades that Feinstein, 89, or her late husband, Richard Blum, were said to have made by Unusual Whales were a sale of Allogene Therapeutics shortly before the pandemic crushed the stock market in 2020, and a $1 million purchase of Amyris Biotechnologies in 2009
