Senator Heidi Heitkamp is done, done, done…The Senator from North Dakota just announced her vote against Judge Kavanaugh. This sealed her fate…

A poll from yesterday said, among likely voters, 17 percent said they would be more likely to support Heitkamp if she votes to confirm Kavanaugh, while 34 percent said they would be less likely to vote for her if she rejects the judge.

She lost 10 points in the polls because of her choice to side against Judge Kavanaugh. Chances are great that she will now lose more voters in her race for reelection.

Heitkamp Tweeted:

When I listened to Ford testify, I heard the voices of women I..who have similar stories of sexual assault and abuse. Countless North Dakotans and others close to me have since reached out and told me their stories of being raped or sexually assaulted. Ford gave heartfelt, credible, and persuasive testimony. It took great courage and also came at great personal cost..It was clear that she was testifying not because she wanted to, but because she felt it was her civic duty. After doing my due diligence and now that the record is apparently closed, I will vote against his confirmation.

The Hill reports:

Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) was 12 points behind challenger Rep. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), according to a poll released Wednesday, the second survey in as many days showing her trailing by a double-digit margin.

WHAT IS SHE THINKING? THAT WAS A KAMIKAZE MOVE!
