During an interview with the Today Show, the anti-Trump senator from PA, Pat Toomey (R), blasted the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court, saying they “went rogue and decided to violate the US constitution, ignore Pennsylvania law, and just rewrite the law themselves…they extended the period of time during which ballots can arrive beyond the deadline”

Watch:

The extended deadline isn’t the only thing that’s corrupt about Pennyslvania’s election process. Philadelphia election officials have been fighting for days to keep poll watchers out of the facility where they process absentee ballots.

For the past 2 1/2 days, Philadelphia election workers have been allowed to work without any interference from Republican poll watchers for 2 1/2 days.

The Trump campaign secured a win yesterday morning, in a Philadelphia lower court. According to the order, poll watchers are now allowed to be within 6 feet of ballot counting at the PA Convention Center, rather than the previous 20-foot distance.

Ballot counting in Philadelphia was briefly paused on Thursday morning before resuming due to the legal challenges.

Matthew Tyrmand posted an incredible video showing Republican poll watchers trying to watch the ballot inspection process with binoculars from across the room.
