TWO CAN PLAY THIS GAME! Freedom Watch just filed an ethics complaint against Intel Committee Member Adam Schiff for obstruction of justice:

Earlier today, Devin Nunes temporarily stepped aside from the Russia investigation because of ethics cases filed against him by Democrat organizations (see below).

Klayman Discusses Complaint Against Rep. Adam Schiff for Obstruction of Justice & Ethics Violations

Intel Chair Devin Nunes is temporarily stepping aside after Democrats raised ethics charges on him. Anyone can go file a claim against you on ethics charges and this is a reason Republicans want to look into the ability for anyone and everyone to file ethics charges. The Democrats are clearly misusing this ethics tool.

Nunes  says charges by “left wing groups” have been made and he’s innocent of the charges:

“Several leftwing activist groups have filed accusations against me with the Office of Congressional Ethics. Despite the baselessness of the charges, I believe it is in the best interests of the House Intelligence Committee and the Congress for me to have Representative Mike Conway, with assistance from Representatives Trey Gowdy and Tom Rooney, temporarily take charge of the Committee’s Russia investigation.”

Remember when he came out and spoke to the press after speaking to the president? Well, the Democrats raised heck after that and have done everything they can to stop Nunes. Note that he has left his position only temporarily. Trey Gowdy and others will take his place…
FLASHBACK ON NUNES:

“I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S. citizens” – HOUSE INTEL CHAIR DEVIN NUNES

1.) …”On numerous occasions the [Obama] intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S. citizens involved in the Trump transition.”

2.) “Details about U.S. persons associated with the incoming administration; details with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value were widely disseminated in intelligence community reporting.”

3.) “Third, I have confirmed that additional names of Trump transition members were unmasked.”

4.) “Fourth and finally, I want to be clear; none of this surveillance was related to Russia, or the investigation of Russian activities, or of the Trump team.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-South Carolina, says he believes Chairman Nunes briefed the commander-in-chief on matters unrelated to the Russia investigation. “So if that’s a big deal in Washington, then we’ve sunk to a new low”. Notice how Gowdy tries to stay on topic and truth during the interview. He gets that Nunes wanted to tell the COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF about the attempts to spy on him.

Do you feel it was right for Nunes to go straight to President Trump to tell him the news that spying happened? We think Gowdy was dead on!
