Oh my goodness…
We’ve covered this lady before during the trial but today we got the final plea deal.
Meet substitute teacher Alley Bardfield who had sex with an 11-year-old male (boy?) student during overnight “play dates” at her house.
Nothing about that sentence even makes sense!

She’s now entered a plea deal and was sentenced today to 10 years in prison by a judge in Illinois.
From the NY Post:
A perv substitute teacher who sexually assaulted an 11-year-old male student during overnight “play dates” at her house — before blaming the child for making advances, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison by a judge in Illinois.
ADVERTISEMENTDisgraced sub Alley Bardfield, 34, also exchanged explicit messages and photos with the boy over Snapchat, sending him hundreds of dollars through CashApp over the span of several months, WICS reported.
Her sick crimes were uncovered after the sixth-grade victim’s mother noticed a change in her son’s behavior following a stay over at Bardfield’s home on March 29, 2024, according to court documents.
The mom went through her son’s phone and discovered $700 in CashApp payments from Bardfield, who was a substitute teacher for Decatur Public Schools at the time, the judge was told.
When she confronted her son, he told her he had unprotected sex with Bardfield at her house.
Initially accused of grooming, Bardfield admitted in her police interview to having sexual relations with the underage boy on one occasion, WICS reported.

The shameless educator accused the boy of initiating the twisted relationship, claiming the child had made sexual advances toward her that night. As part of a plea deal, Bardfield, represented by counsel Ms. Sanders, offered to plead guilty to felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
The court found that, given the seriousness of her crimes, a probation sentence would be too lenient.
I love that last line…the Court determined that “probation” would be too lenient.
Gee, you think?
And while this lady certainly deserves the sentence she got, I have to ask where where this kid’s parents?
Who let’s your 11-year-old go to a “sleepover” at a teacher’s house?
In what world does that ever make sense?
