Bernie Sanders and Ted Cruz met tonight to discuss health care on a CNN debate stage. Of course CNN debate moderators Jake Tapper and Dana Bash couldn’t help themselves but to step in on occasion and help the cranky, old Socialist kook Bernie Sanders from completely embarrassing himself. Even CNN’s bias couldn’t stop Ted Cruz from destroying Socialist Bernie Sanders when it comes to the topic of Obamacare.

Here are a few excerpts:

Ted Cruz opened the debate by reminding Bernie one of the big reasons President Trump won the election: “This last election was a referendum on Obamacare.”

“Bernie and the Democrats want government to control health care. I trust you, and I trust your doctors.”

Ted Cruz explains why government has no business interfering in our health care choices:

“What do the Democrats say to the 6 million people whose had their insurance policies cancelled?”
