The Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just announced he will investigate the rejection of a Chick-fil-A at the San Antonio airport by the mayor and city council. The investigation will decide if the mayor and city council violated state law by blocking a new Chick-fil-A from opening.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton:

“The Constitution’s protection of religious liberty is somehow even better than Chick-fil-A’s chicken. Unfortunately, I have serious concerns that both are under assault at the San Antonio airport.”

Senator Ted Cruz also spoke out against the rejection of Chick-fil-A in a tweet:

“San Antonio City Council voted to ban Chick-fil-A from the airport because the company gave to…the Fellowship of Christian Athletes & the Salvation Army?!? That’s ridiculous. And not Texas.”

The San Antonio city council voted 6-4 to reject Chick-fil-A from opening a store at the San Antonio International Airport. They used a report from a Soros-connected organization to make their decision:

If a San Antonio City Council believes their mission to be “champions of equality and inclusion” will be accomplished if they ban Chick-fil-A, they are very wrong. They just banned the fast-food chain from the San Antonio International Airport over “anti-LGBTQ behavior” according to a Soros-backed leftist group.

A local City Councilman moved to exclude Chick-fil-A from the Food, Beverage and Retail Prime Concession Agreement with Paradies Lagardère for the airport. He claimed Chick-fil-A has a “legacy of anti-LGBTQ behavior”.

“Everyone has a place here, and everyone should feel welcome when they walk through our airport. I look forward to the announcement of a suitable replacement by Paradies.”

If “everyone has a place here” then what about the Christians?

The big problem with this is that push by the City Councilman is that he’s relying on a George Soros-funded leftist political hack group to make a decision about banning Chick-fil-A. The citizens of San Antonio should fight back against this anti-Christian move by one person.

Chik-fil-A doesn’t try and push their beliefs on anyone and should have the freedom to believe what they would like to believe. The groups listed below happen to be very mainstream organizations:

ABC reports that a ThinkProgress report asserted Chick-fil-A donated $1.8 million in 2017 to the Salvation Army, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Paul Anderson Youth Home. charitable Christian ministries that ThinkProgress defined as discriminatory against LGBTQ individuals. Chick-fil-A cut ties with the Paul Anderson Youth Home as of June 2017.

So the people of San Antonio are deprived of Chick-fil-A because of some biased report by a leftist Soros group?
