UN Ambassador Nikki Haley’s resignation was announced today but had been coming since she told President Trump six months ago that she wanted to take a break. The left and the media are already speculating about Haley’s departure (see below)President Trump held a special press conference to announce Haley’s departure at the end of the year:

“It has been an honor of a lifetime…It has really been a blessing…Look at what has happened in two years with the United States on foreign policy. Now the United States is respected. Countries may not like what we do, but they respect what we do.”

THE FULL PRESS CONFERENCE:

The left has already started attacking…they’re claiming this proves the chaos in the Trump administration. They obviously want to make this more than it is…Here’s President Trump speaking about Haley telling him 6 months ago she was planning on taking time off:

The bashing on social media and in the media is relentless! Haley has done a fantastic job at the UN!

The anti-Haley crowd includes Mark Sanford who announced on MSNBC  that:

“Something doesn’t smell right. Something’s weird. I can’t put my finger on it.” – Rep. Mark Sanford on Nikki Haley’s resignation as UN Ambassador

Then he mentioned this story:

Haley took private flights paid for by a South Carolina businessman and undervalued the cost:

A Washington, D.C., watchdog group wants a federal investigation into U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley’s use of private planes owned by S.C. businessmen.

The group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, says Haley undervalued the flights by tens of thousands of dollars on her annual financial disclosure form required of federal officials.

The ethics group says the flights create the impression of impermissible gifts to a public official. However, Haley said on her disclosure the men are all personal friends and, thus, exempt from federal rules about accepting flights on private planes.

You knew it was coming…The View host asks if this is related to Justice Kavanaugh:
