In March, allegations emerged that the United States was funding Ukrainian bio-labs that were researching deadly pathogens and potential biological weapons.

The mainstream media and the national security apparatchik immediately shut down any questions people had about the issue and labeled them pro-Russian conspiracy theorists.

Those who raised questions about the Biolabs included Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump Jr., and Democrat Representative Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hi.).

A Department of Defense memo released this week confirms that they were right.  The document indicates that the United States has collaborated with the Ukrainian government on ‘biological safety, security, and disease surveillance.’

It also admitted that the United States is helping to fund these initiatives under the Biological Threat Reduction Program.

The memo also revealed that the Biolabs were working on preparing for deadly pandemics, including Covid-19.

“The United States has also worked collaboratively to improve Ukraine’s biological safety, security, and disease surveillance for both human and animal health, providing support to 46 peaceful Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities, and disease diagnostic sites over the last two decades. The collaborative programs have focused on improving public health and agricultural safety measures at the nexus of nonproliferation.”

“This work, often conducted in partnership with outside organizations, such as the WHO and the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), has resulted in safer and more effective disease surveillance and detection.”

While the DoD claims these are ‘peaceful’ biological facilities that do not conduct research in to biological weapons, Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that the United States was working with Ukraine to prevent their biological research facilities from falling in to Russian hands.

What else will we find out about Ukraine’s ‘peaceful’ biological research facilities in the near future?
