One of the only reporters to cover the truth at our southern border is local reporter Sydney Hernandez. It’s shocking that the story below isn’t national news. What the media doesn’t show you is the danger coming to the U.S. and the crimes committed against illegals along the way. The case below isn’t the first case of an abandoned toddler left abandoned at the border. last year, a six year old boy was found abandoned in the desert (see below). From toddlers to Bengal tigers (see below), just about everything that’s coming across can be left to die.

Hernandez spoke with border agents near Brownsville, Texas about a 3-year-old boy found at 3 a.m. abandoned in a cornfield by a smuggler.

He was crying when agents found him and had only a name and phone number written on his shoe.

He wouldn’t speak to the Border Patrol agents and was taken to the hospital to be evaluated.

KGBT reports:

“The child had his name written on a shoe, and a phone number that proved to be fictitious,” Karish said. “There was no one because we tried to call the number. But the child was abandoned out there in the middle of nowhere, no parents in sight.”

After the hospital evaluation, the boy was taken back to a Border Patrol station, where agents chipped in to buy the child some clothes and watch over him.

“First of all, very young age, he’s traumatized from the fact that he’s out there. Of course, we took him to our station where he was cared for properly and made sure he was fed,” Karish said.

SIX-YEAR-OLD ABANDONED WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER:

A 6-year-old boy was discovered in the Arizona desert after being abandoned by a smuggler Tuesday night, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The boy, originally from Costa Rica, was found by the Border Patrol west of Lukeville, Arizona, a tiny border crossing that sits just north of Mexico. The temperature outside at the time was 100, according to the agency.

In a press release, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said the boy was left without food or water but was discovered in good condition and taken to be processed in Tucson, Arizona.

BENGAL TIGER ABANDONED:

A shocking discovery at the US-Mexico border will have you screaming “BUILD THE WALL!” This is yet another example of the open border and what’s being brought across it.

BORDER PATROL OFFICERS were shocked after discovering a sedated live baby tiger inside an abandoned duffel bag on the US-Mexico border. Officials say the cub had been heavily sedated and was very dehydrated when they found it. The cub is lucky to be alive after being stuffed into a duffel bag by three illegals who attempted to bring it over the border. If this doesn’t show just how wide open our border is then nothing will.

The exotic animal smuggling trade probably loves our open border and has used it to transfer animals to the US many times. There was another case from August of last year where a teen tried to smuggle a Bengal tiger cub across the border (see below). Who knows where this tiger came from. It’s interesting that animal rights activists like PETA are so silent on this clear case of animal abuse.

According to Fox 8, the baby tiger was discovered after a suspicious bag was spotted along America’s border with Mexico.

Border patrol officers stumbled across the abandoned black duffel bag on Monday and were left horrified by its contents.

While people trafficking and drug smuggling are rife along the US-Mexico border, animal smuggling is rare.

According to Fox 8, the agents saw three people attempting to enter the United States illegally, through Brownsville, Texas.

When they were spotted, the men dropped the bag and apparently fled back to Mexico.

When agents approached the bag and carefully opened it, they were shocked to find the unconscious male tiger cub stuffed inside.

In a Facebook post alongside a picture of the now healthy cub, the Gladys Porter Zoo said:

“The tiger cub found in a duffel bag at the border is under the care of our veterinary staff.

“Despite him being brought to us in a critical condition, our veterinary team acted quickly to stabilize him and he is now doing very well.

“He is thought to be around 2 months of age.

“The way he responds to humans leads us to believe that he has been hand-raised up until this point.

“The next step will be to find him a more permanent home.”

The discovery comes just weeks after President Trump ordered the deployment of National Guard troops along the Mexican border.

ANOTHER CASE FROM AUGUST OF LAST YEAR:

FOX 8 reports:

SAN DIEGO – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers rescued a Bengal tiger cub from a teenager who attempted to bring it into San Diego from Mexico Wednesday morning.

An 18-year-old Perris man pulled up to the Otay Mesa Port of Entry Wednesday around 1:30 a.m. in a 2017 Chevy Camaro, with a 21-year-old man in the passenger seat, CPB official reported. They told an officer they had nothing to declare from Mexico, authorities said. Due to issues with the vehicle identification number, the vehicle was referred to a secondary inspection area.

CBP officers discovered a baby tiger lying on the floor of the front passenger side. The passenger told  inspectors the animal was “just a cat,” according to an affidavit filed by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Special Agent Eduardo Nieves.

Officers removed the cub and placed it in an animal crate.
