Do you like:

Sex?

Alcohol?

Firearms?

Tobacco?

Well then you’re 4/5 of the way towards being a “SHAFT” criminal, at least in the minds of TMobile.

That’s according to their new “SHAFT” program which stands for Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco.

Listen to this short video as this lady explains it all very clearly:

Laura Loomer explains more:

So what does this have to do with MAGA?

Nothing “directly” but it sure seems like a thinly-veiled way to go after things red-blooded Americans support.

Let’s take them one at a time, shall we?

SEX.

Look, we all know that women who dress up like this are not having any sex:

Perhaps I should say it another way:

Even if the Democrats WANTED to have sex, they’re so confused about what makes up a boy or a girl I don’t think they’d ever be able to figure out the mechanics of it!

Now let’s do HATE.

No, MAGA doesn’t stand for Hate.

Far from it.

We truly are the new GOP — the big tent party where ALL are welcome.

And President Trump is proving that by winning voting blocks of people by large margins — groups of people that until MAGA had never voted Republican in their whole life.

And yet the Legacy Media still tries to brainwash the public into saying MAGA is Hate.

Pure garbage, but that’s their narrative.

Oh, and as George Orwell said: “TRUTH – It’s the New Hate Speech: “During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.”

So true.

We’re not too far off from having the entire Bible designated as “Hate Speech”.  I believe we’ll see that in our lifetimes.

So there’s “HATE” for you.

Now let’s do ALCOHOL (and TOBACCO).

I’m not a big fan of either, I think they take more life than they give.

But….I’m a big fan of Freedom.

And it sure seems to me like both are protected by the Constitution.

In fact, the entire SHAFT program targets things squarely protected by the Constitution.

So while I’m not here to make a big pitch for why Alcohol and Tobacco are good things, I am here to protect their legality.

And now the last one that we skipped over: FIREARMS.

Talk about things protected by the Constitution, or more accurately by the Bill of Rights.

This one got it’s own Amendment (2A) and it ranks pretty high up on the list, right behind Free Speech (which is really what SHAFT is targeting).

Now let’s address something I can already see the poindexters typing up down in the Comments Section:  “you’re stupid Noah, this doesn’t target individual text messages, only mass messaging by companies!”

Folks, I can read your minds before you even type it.

So let’s discuss that.

Grok agrees with you:

T-Mobile’s new SHAFT program is a policy change aimed at curbing mass marketing texts that don’t meet industry standards and protecting consumers from illegal or illicit content. The program targets third-party vendors sending mass messaging campaigns on behalf of other businesses, not individual consumers.

The acronym SHAFT stands for Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco, which are the categories of content that the program aims to regulate. Vendors will be fined if the content they are sending does not meet the standards in T-Mobile’s code of conduct, which aligns with federal and state laws.

The fines are as follows:

Content that manipulates people into revealing private information will result in a fine of $2,000.
Content on subjects that are not legal federally and in all 50 states (such as marijuana and solicitation) will elicit a $1,000 charge.

But to everyone who is ready to make that Comment below, and to Grok, I humbly ask if you’ve ever heard of the boiling frog?

How do you boil a frog so that it never jumps out of the pot to safety?

Slowly.

VERY slowly.

Small little incremental changes which are barely perceptible, until it’s too late and you’ve already been cooked so bad you no longer have the strength or ability to jump out of the pot.

And it’s at that point you realize how badly you’ve been conned and you can’t do a damn thing about it except sit there and watch yourself be finally cooked to death in the last stages.

Folks, that’s America.

And that’s the SHAFT program.

“Oh no….we’re not coming after your individual messages!  Don’t be sssss-silly!”

(you have to read the S’s with a forked tongue of a Ssss-serpent)

It’s how they roll out everything in America.

“Oh silly Adam, you ssssss-surely won’t die if you eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil?  Who told you that?”

“Oh silly American, SHAFT isn’t meant to censor YOU!  Who told you that?”

So first it only applies to “Bulk Messages” but later?  When they decide quietly update their TOS again?  Does it shift and suddenly apply to all text messages in pure Orwellian fashion?

I rest my case.

Of course the AP Fact-Checkers have already determined this is 100% False and not to be believed, ever, by anybody!  (Which is always the indicator I rely on to know we were dead right in the first place):

CLAIM: As of Jan, 1, 2024, T-Mobile is going to fine individual consumers for texting about topics that fall under the categories of sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The wireless carrier is instituting new fines for third-party vendors that send mass messaging campaigns on behalf of other businesses, not for individual consumers. These fines apply to texts that discuss sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco under certain circumstances, such as if the content violates federal law or is sent without an age verification system.

THE FACTS: A new T-Mobile policy aimed at curbing mass marketing texts that don’t meet industry standards is being misrepresented on social media as an effort to censor the messages of everyday people.

“Well, just when you thought censoring couldn’t get worse, as of Jan. 1 of 2024, which is like a week away, T-Mobile is now going to be policing and fining your text messages,” a woman says in an Instagram video.

“Yes, personal text messages on your phone. And if your messages fall under what they call SHAFT — that is the acronym for sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco — they are going to start fining their customers for talking about stuff about that on their bandwidth,” she continues.

The video had received more than 6,700 likes as of Friday. A tweet that made similar allegations had received approximately 31,000 likes and 24,900 shares.

T-Mobile will be introducing three new fines in 2024, but personal texts won’t be affected.

“The change only impacts third-party messaging vendors that send commercial mass messaging campaigns for other businesses,” the company wrote in a statement emailed to The Associated Press. “The vendors will be fined if the content they are sending does not meet the standards in our code of conduct, which is in place to protect consumers from illegal or illicit content and aligns to federal and state laws.”

This actually reminds me of something new I just started using recently….

It’s called Freedom Chat.

Have you heard of it?

How perfect and timely is this?

Freedom Chat is a conservative-based messaging app offers something that other platforms do not: complete and total privacy with verifiable end-to-end encryption, no storage of messages on the server, and no commercial use of user data.

In other words, NO CENSORSHIP!

NO SPYING!

NO FINES AND PENALTIES!

NO BIG BROTHER!

Freedom Chat has hammered home their commitment to privacy and transparency by publishing a 20-page white paper that details their security protocols like which algorithms they use, as well as a step-by-step encryption analysis with snippets of their codebase. Freedom Chat, with their self-destructing messages, encryption verification, screenshot protection, and “sensors off” (which disables your camera and microphone to prevent any possible eavesdropping by big tech or nosey tyrants) is giving privacy back to users.

Click here to take back your right to privacy and free speech and download Freedom Chat today.

Why is it free?

Freedom Chat is free for the first 50 messages you send, so you can try it without obligation. If you want to send more than 50 messages in a month, it’s only $2.95 for unlimited use.

How is it so cheap for unlimited messages?

Freedom Chat doesn’t store your messages on their servers – which means costs are low. Other messaging platforms pay millions to store messages – Freedom Chat doesn’t.

Here’s the BIG QUESTION you may have, which I had myself: How can I trust this is true?  How can I trust they don’t truly store my messages?

The answer is simple: it’s all in the pricing listed above.

Storing mass information isn’t cheap.

Why do you think they keep building these massive Data Centers all over the place?

To store all the data they steal from you!

And those data centers aren’t cheap!

But Freedom Chat doesn’t need to pay for expensive Data Centers….because they don’t store your data!  It simply doesn’t exist!

So they can charge only $2.95 for unlimited use.

If they were storing the data, they’d quickly go out of business at that price.

To see exactly how Freedom Chat works watch their 3-minute video tutorial below:

If a government agency, for example, wanted to access communication from someone’s phone by reaching out to Freedom Chat, they would be required to respond, legally. However, there would be nothing to see, thanks to the app’s verifiable end-to-end encryption, which prohibits anyone other than the intended recipient from reading a message. Better yet, there is also no storage of messages on Freedom Chat’s servers, so there would be no way to see what a user wrote since it was already removed from their servers.

Users can also decide whether to utilize self-destructing messages, images, and videos – which are automatically unsent after a specified period of time.

Freedom Chat is easy-to-use, aesthetically appealing, and has all the same user-friendly features of today’s big tech apps with more privacy-focused features and doesn’t sell or exploit users’ personal data for political gain.

I’ve been using it for about a month now and I love it.

In fact, I’m thinking about opening up a Private Group in there where we could all chat together.

Would you be up for something like that?

Kind of like private, direct access to me on my phone?

Me and 5 million other patriots who love America?

We could all hang out and chat without fear of spying or censorship?

Let me know if you’d be interested in that and I’ll see if I can get that put together.

In the meantime, Click here and test it out for yourself!
