Last week, Harjinger Singh — an illegal alien truck driver — caused the deaths of three Americans while making an unlawful U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike.

Now, the Trump administration is taking action to hold everyone responsible for the deadly crash accountable.

That means not just the criminal illegal himself, but also the company who hired him in the first place.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced that the Trump administration will be revoking the license from the California-based company that hired gave a truck driving job to this guy — who can’t even speak English, let alone read road signs.

Take a look:

This a great step in the right direction for accountability.

All truck driving companies who employ illegal aliens should face the same consequence.

In case you’re wondering, the company that employed this criminal illegal is White Hawk Carriers LLC.

Even before this horrific incident, White Hawk Carriers had numerous severe violations, including being caught allowing two drivers to continue driving on suspended licenses!

The Miami Herald reported:

The truck involved in last week’s Florida Turnpike crash that killed three South Floridians belonged to a company with 25 truck safety violations in the last 24 inspections and two drivers caught driving on suspended licenses in 2024.

And, as of Tuesday morning, White Hawk Carriers, based in Ceres, California, appears to have lost its ability to do business outside of California.

“Insurance cancelled – NOT AUTHORIZED to operate as a MOTOR PROPERTY COMMON CARRIER,” reads White Hawk’s U.S. DOT licensing and insurance entry.

“Not authorized” means White Hawk’s out of the interstate property trucking business. But, that Tuesday morning change wasn’t reflected in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safety And Fitness Electronic Records (SAFER) snapshot of White Hawk, which said it remained “authorized for property.”

As of last Friday’s website update, California’s Department of Motor Vehicles says White Hawk Carriers, license No. 0484640, is still authorized for property moves within the state of California.

White Hawk CEO Navneet Kaur hasn’t returned a phone message from the Miami Herald. The company took down its Facebook page Monday. Google now lists White Hawk as “permanently closed.”

Good.

This place should have been shut down a long time ago…

But, what’s really worrisome is how many other companies like this there are out there — especially in states like California.

I’d be willing to bet big bucks that Singh isn’t the only illegal alien who can’t speak English and only has a working knowledge of road laws employed as a truck driver.

It’s truly scary to think about.

On Wednesday, DeSantis also announced that Singh will be extradited from California to Florida for prosecution.

Fox 35 Orlando has more:

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Wednesday that Lt. Gov. Jay Collins is traveling to California to extradite Harjinger Singh, the truck driver accused in a deadly crash on Florida’s Turnpike.

Investigators said Singh attempted an illegal U-turn in St. Lucie County on Aug. 12, causing his semi-truck to jackknife into a minivan. Three people inside the van were killed. Singh, arrested in Stockton, California, on Saturday, faces three counts of vehicular homicide.

It remains unclear how Singh was able to obtain commercial driving licenses in two states despite being in the country illegally. Federal authorities are also reviewing whether California followed proper procedures when issuing him a limited-term license.

Investigators have not yet released details about the trucking company that employed him or what safeguards may have failed.
